A BRIEF HISTORY OF HO MADE WOODS
Ever since I was young I've loved working with my hands and building things. After graduating college with a degree in Architecture and Construction Management I worked for a GC managing commercial projects. Although I loved seeing the projects get built I missed working with my hands to create unique products. In 2011 I transitioned careers to work as a personal trainer and have been training ever since. When my son was born in 2021 I wanted provide an environment where he could join my wife or I in our workouts without having to worry about him playing with heavy weights. I noticed the lack of wooden "workout" toys available for kids so I started creating handmade wooden dumbbells in my garage. Now I get to bring both of my passions together and help other families foster a sense of health, fun, and fitness for their little ones.
